Extremely low turnover: Our drivers stay with us. Our turnover rate is only 5% to 7% per year, while our competitors’ turnover rates are in the 85% to 90% range per year.
Bonus & retention pay: We reward our drivers for excellence, with fuel and safety bonuses, and retention pay for availability.
Per diem pay: We are one of very few companies that pays our drivers to sleep! We recognize the importance of being well rested, and we are happy to pay our drivers to take the breaks they need.
