Tanker Division
$1,300 – $2,200 weekly
- Drivers receive $80 per overnight stay in the truck for a required 10-hour break and load-associated pay when away from the home terminal.
- Compensation of $25 per hour is provided for detention time exceeding two hours.
Dry Van Division
$1,200 – $2,000 weekly

Driver Benefits
- Drivers may earn a quarterly fuel bonus of up to 1.5 cents per mile (CPM) based on fuel performance.
- Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance are offered through regional and national health plans, including Sentara Health Plans for Virginia-based employees.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan: Employees eligible after 90 days of employment, with a company match of up to 4%. Enrollment is available twice per year.
- Pay Schedule: Employees are paid weekly via direct deposit every Wednesday
- Employee Loyalty Bonus: An annual bonus awarded in recognition of employee loyalty and continued service.
